There have been stories told of a chief’s daughter who laughed at a frog and then lured her into the lake by taking human form. The Frog people refused to let her go – so her family drained the lake, scattering frogs everywhere.

Frog represents metamorphosis, a life change, spiritual transformation, a recreation, rebirth, cleansing and healing. Frogs are a symbol of fertility, magic and immortality. With Frogs amazing skills of adaptability, living a balance of two worlds, life in the underworld living in water and life on land breathing air, on might call this “magic”.
