Two Sharks Handbag accepted into art show Juneau, Alaska
The Sealaska Juried Art Show is a biennial show and competition for Native art held in conjunction with Celebration of Tlingit, Haida and Tsimshian roughly 5,000 tribal members attend and organized every two years by Sealaska Heritage Institute. Celebration is held to celebrate Tlingit, Haida and Tsimshian cultures.

Julyamsh Celebration 2010, Post Falls, Idaho
Each July, the Jacklin Arts & Cultural Center celebrates the Julyamsh Powwow by playing host to the Julyamsh Artist & Buyer’s Reception and the Vision Seekers Youth Art Workshop in collaboration with the Coeur d’Alene Indian Tribe.
The JACC aspires to continue this program that is so integral to our community in the formation and cultivation of cultural relationships and artistic expression in Idaho. As tribal elder, Cliff SiJohn states, “The Jacklin Arts and Cultural Center’s Julyamsh event is an opportunity to build connections and community between cultures.”
